If you join the pack, we collect your email address and your dog's name. That is the whole form and the whole record.

If you place an order, we will also hold the name, shipping address and contact details needed to send a parcel, plus a record of what you bought.

We never see your card details. Payment is handled by a payment processor and card numbers do not touch our systems.

To confirmname your payment processor here once one is connected — customers are entitled to know who is handling their card data.

Email and dog's name: to tell you when a run is ready. Nothing else.

Order details: to pack the right thing and send it to the right address.

Aggregate analytics: to know which pages are used, so we can fix the ones that are not working.

We do not sell personal information, we do not share it with data brokers, and we do not run advertising pixels that follow you around other sites.

This site uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. They record page views and loading performance without cookies and without building a profile of you across sites. There is no cookie banner here because there is nothing to consent to.

Waitlist entries stay until you unsubscribe, at which point they are deleted rather than suppressed.

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and then deleted.

Email YouAndChew@Outlook.com and ask, and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You do not need to give a reason and we will not make it difficult.

If you are in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut or another state with a consumer privacy law, those rights are statutory — the paragraph above is how you exercise them.

Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe. It works immediately.

This is a shop for dog owners. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
